That Scrap Shop started the way most maker projects start — with a Cricut on a fold-out table, a stack of cardstock from the craft store, and a kid who wanted a T-Rex shirt that no one sold. I drew the T-Rex, the Cricut cut it, my kid wore it until the elbows fell off, and somewhere between that shirt and the next one I realised I had a small business.
Every design in the shop is hand-drawn (in Procreate, on an iPad that's older than some of my design files), exported as clean SVG, and test-cut on my own Cricut Maker 3 before it goes into the catalogue. If a design doesn't survive a test cut on 65lb cardstock, it doesn't ship — I'd rather you get one good file than five bad ones.
The printables follow the same rule. Every label, every tag, every planner sticker gets printed at home on an HP Envy before it joins the catalogue. If the colour comes out muddy on cotton cardstock or the registration drifts when you run it through twice, the file doesn't ship.
I run this shop solo, in the gaps between a day job, two kids, and a sourdough starter that I will one day successfully keep alive for more than four days. If I owe you a file or a reply, it's because I'm elbow-deep in one of those things. Thank you for the patience.

Every cut file is test-cut on my Cricut Maker 3 with the fine-point blade. Every printable is test-printed on my HP Envy. If it doesn't survive a real run, it's not in the shop.
