Chelle’s Creations Commercial Use Terms of Use (TOU)
All files contained in the download of this product are copyrighted by Rachelle Ludwinski, all rights reserved.
No credit is required in the use of these products in either your description or TOU, however, such credit would be appreciated.
By downloading this product, you agree to the following:
1. These products are intended for use in the creation of digital scrapbooking products. If you intended to use these products for some other purpose, you MUST contact me first and obtain permission.
2. This is a commercial license, allowing you to use my products in your digital scrapbook kit creation process. Rachelle Ludwinski retains all rights to the actual content of this product.
3. You are granted a non‐exclusive, non‐transferable right to use this product to:
a. Use these products for your own personal use in the creation of any type of digital product, e.g. a scrapbook page, a card, etc.
b. Use these products in the creation of digital products for a third party (Scrap for Hire), as long as the third party is given only a flattened version of your work.
c. Use this product to create digital scrapbook elements for sale in a kit, provided:
1) You use this product to create something that will be sold as part of a digital scrapbook kit (a final product that would include papers, elements, etc).
2) You alter the original product in some way, even if it is just recoloring.
3) No more than 25% of your kit is created using my products.
4. You MAY NOT:
a. Redistribute (or post online) the actual files (original content) in any way.
b. Create an element pack (or individual element) with this product.
c. Create a commercial use product with this product.
d. Create a style, brush, overlay, template, or any other derivative product that you intend to sell as your own creation.
e. You may not use these files for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
f. Use this product in any way that is not expressly stated in this TOU.
